01
Blanc de noirs, Baga identity
The pulp is not deeply coloured. Limiting skin contact makes it possible to obtain a white base wine from red grapes.
Baga retains acidity, structure and a vinous presence, useful qualities for long lees ageing.
02
Four readings in the Borlido range
Reserva, Super Reserva and Cuvée Grande Reserva are vinified as white. Rosé uses controlled skin contact for colour.
Minimum ageing rises from 18 to 36 months, while current lots spend even longer in the cellar.
