Baga in a rosé expression

Baga Bairrada Rosé Brut Nature

The only rosé interpretation in the collection. Dry, vibrant and food-focused, it keeps Baga's structure while showing fruit with a more open expression.

Borlido · Baga Bairrada

The colour changes. The identity remains.

In the Rosé, Baga gains colour through controlled skin contact. The appearance is delicate, but the wine keeps tension, presence and the dry line of Brut Nature.

Minimum ageing is 18 months, with at least six months of rest after disgorgement. The current lot exceeds 24 months. Time integrates the fruit, refines the bead and extends the finish.

The right moment

Late afternoon at the table, a fish dinner, a summer meal or a starter that needs freshness, colour and structure without added sweetness.

01

In the glass

Luminous pink colour, fine and persistent bead. Fresh red fruit, citrus and a discreet bakery note. Dry, taut and balanced, with delicate texture and a lasting finish.

02

How to serve

Serve at 8 to 10 °C in a clear tulip glass. Avoid serving too cold, which can hide the fruit. It works as an aperitif and has enough structure for the meal.

03

At the table

  • Salmon
  • Seared tuna
  • Fine charcuterie
  • Tomato rice with fish
