Time leaves layers

In Super Reserva, the cellar becomes clearly visible in the wine. Buttered brioche, almond, hazelnut and ripe orchard fruit appear in layers, held by a citrus line that keeps the whole profile alive.

Minimum ageing is 24 months, followed by at least six months of rest after disgorgement. The current lot exceeds 36 months. This gives volume and complexity without erasing Baga's natural energy.

The right moment

A long table, a meaningful date or a dinner where sparkling wine takes the central place. Serve it slowly and allow it to change in the glass alongside the food.

01

In the glass

Very fine, persistent bead. Brioche, cake, almond, hazelnut, ripe orchard fruit and a delicate citrus profile. Creamy, enveloping mousse with an almost crisp feel and a long, fresh finish.

02

How to serve

Serve at 10 to 12 °C in a generous tulip glass. Do not overfill. Pour small amounts and let the wine evolve. The slightly higher temperature reveals the ageing more clearly.

03

At the table

  • Roast poultry
  • Mushroom risotto
  • Fish with a creamy sauce
  • Soft-ripened cheeses
