The clarity of a first moment

Some bottles ask for ceremony. This one asks only for a ready table and time to stay. The white varieties open the meal with precision, while ageing adds texture and a quiet note of toast.

It is Brut Nature, with no sugar added in the expedition liqueur. The current lot has spent more than 18 months ageing, followed by at least three months of rest after disgorgement. It remains light, yet gains length and detail.

The right moment

A long aperitif, a fish lunch, a table of small plates or the calm beginning of dinner. Choose it when sparkling wine should sharpen the appetite without taking over the conversation.

In the glass

Bright citrus colour and a fine, persistent bead. Green apple, white fruit and light toast. The acidity is clear and balanced, with a dry, clean and lasting finish.

02

How to serve

Serve at 8 to 10 °C in a clean tulip glass. Open slowly, turning the bottle while keeping the cork under control. Give it a few minutes in the glass for fruit and texture to unfold.
