Fruit, softness and freshness
A moderately sweet sparkling wine built around balance. Ripe fruit and a soft texture meet an acidity that refreshes and extends the finish.
Borlido · Blanc de Blancs
Medium Dry has a place of its own at the table. Dried fig and freshly baked cake bring warmth, while the acidity keeps the wine from feeling heavy.
The current lot has more than 18 months of ageing and at least three months of rest after disgorgement. Time rounds the texture and draws sweetness closer to fruit without erasing the freshness of the white grapes.

The right moment
Pale citrus colour. Fruit-led aromas with sweet toast and dried fig. Soft on the palate, moderately sweet, with present acidity and a persistent finish that remains fresh.
Serve at 6 to 8 °C in a tulip glass. The cooler temperature balances sweetness. Avoid desserts that are much sweeter than the wine, so the freshness remains clear.
