Sweetness held by acidity
The sweetest expression in the Blanc de Blancs family. Ripe fruit, toast and an enveloping texture are balanced by the natural acidity of Bairrada grapes.
Borlido · Blanc de Blancs
Sweet is made for the end of the meal, when the pace slows and flavours deepen. Its sweetness is clear, but never alone: acidity keeps the wine alive and prevents heaviness.
The current lot has aged for more than 18 months and rests at least three months after disgorgement. Time integrates the bead, brings fruit and toast together and gives the texture greater continuity.
