Purity, texture and time
The most precise side of the Blanc de Blancs family. Orchard fruit and acidity gain texture, brioche and depth through longer ageing.
Borlido · Blanc de Blancs
This Reserva begins with the same white grapes but follows a slower rhythm. Time on lees turns the energy of the base wine into a creamier texture and brings fruit together with toast, yeast and almond.
It is Brut Nature. Minimum ageing is 12 months, followed by at least three months of rest after disgorgement. The current lot exceeds 24 months, adding integration without losing its dry, fresh line.

The right moment
Bright pale citrus colour. Toast, yeast, apple and pear, with brioche, almond and a mineral touch. Delicate mousse, pronounced acidity and a dry, clean, persistent finish.
Serve at 9 to 11 °C in a tulip glass with enough bowl to gather the aromas. Do not overchill. A few minutes in the glass reveal the dimension created by ageing.
